Woolin is a fingering-weight yarn made from 100% Superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool. Naturally strong, smooth, and with a gentle sheen, it offers both durability and softness. Care
Hand-dyed yarns, especially in deeper tones, may release a small amount of excess dye during the first wash. Gently hand wash in cold water using a mild wool detergent, and lay flat to dry. Avoid soaking for long periods. For stronger colors, a pre-wash before combining with lighter yarns is recommended to minimize any potential dye release. Adding a little vinegar to the rinse water can also help maintain color balance.
We recommend buying enough yarn for your project at once to ensure consistent color, as shades may vary between dye lots.
